I had the privilege and the honor of seeing the play "Turning Point", opening night.

I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the play !

The characters came alive in each actor's effort.  The life experiences that were depicted in the book were beautifully presented to the audience in a manner we can all relate to and embrace!

Yasmine, you captured  Daya's and Light's life and presented it in a realistic way that all  of us can understand and appreciate.  Moreover, you wove human nature, rich culture and vivacious comedy in such a way that only a true gifted artist can do.

I eagerly look forward to your next endeavor!

I have been meaning to sit down and write you about my finishing the books. They were both great books and I'm looking forward to more. After finishing the first book, I was eager to get on to the second one which I read much quicker than the first one. Turning point makes you laugh, cry, and thank God for true friends. It also makes you realize that it's ok to change who some of your friends are because there are few that are worthy of that title. Keep your dream alive and I will definitely want to be made aware of any future events/travels since my kids are old enough for me to begin life again.

Hey Yas.  I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your book, it was great!!!  So at least I know there will be a No. 2 coming because clearly you can't leave us hanging about Daya'a and Light's future....  The book was definitely a page turner, it kept you wanting more, and more.  I literally could not put it down.  You did a good job in describing the characters, helping your reader relate, as if they were there.  I wish you lots of luck, and success in promoting your book, and I can't wait for No. 2.....

The Turning Point was a first read for me in a while. The book truly captured my attention and had me on edge the entire time. I was able to relate and see my friends in all of the characters. This book made me evaluate my life turning points. I am also hopefull of finding me Mr. Light. Outside of reading the book, it was a joy to meet Yasmine and interview her on my show regarding the book. We are looking forward to Part II and having her back on the show. Good Luck!

This was one of the hottest and most original stories that I have read in along time. The characters were real and seemed liked family members. I could really relate to the story line. I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS TO MY TWO MAIN CAHRACTERS. I was in love with Light and Daya.
If you haven't got the book you should. Don't delay...It's a must read.

Brilliantly composed! Yasmine uses her beautiful loving family rearing to capture the hearts of her fans. This book wants you to be a woman like Daya's grandmother! Journey through Daya's love, betrayal, strong camaraderie experiences with delightful humor. Turning Point will capture you to crave for Yasmine's next book!
