Sometimes you have to seperate yourself form people & things mentally in order to keep balance. People can be selfish and drain you with their daily issues, not being aware that you maybe having your issues. But they are so conusmed with themselves that they don't ever recognize yours. So, it's ok to take a break for yourself. Trust me it helps!
